Return Policy

You may cancel an online product order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please notify us at solutionskinclinic@gmail.com

 within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Sealed skincare, cosmetic or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please contact us before returning anything. As products may be dispatched from different locations, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not return products directly to our distribution partner unless instructed to do so.

Customers are responsible for return postage when cancelling because they have changed their mind. Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Solution Skin Clinic will cover reasonable return costs.

Eligible refunds, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
